Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 7:00 am, 7 days a week.

PET FRIENDLY
The Treehaus welcomes DOGS ONLY<75lbs, limit 2. Dogs are not to be left in the house alone at any given time unless they are properly crated. Dogs are not to be on any furniture, including beds, chairs, and sofa. Owners accept all responsibility for their pet guests during their stay including extra cleaning charges.

DECK
No sitting on deck railing at any time.

The space
Light, bright, airy, and open-concept living space, just like a treehouse! The comfy living area is adjacent to a stone-lined wood-burning fireplace for those cuddly mountain nights. Sliding glass doors that lead out to the large deck overlooking the forest. 55” 4K Smart TV with Roku.

KITCHEN
Dining with options! Table for four, plus 4-person bar seating option. Watch your favorite chef preparing meals with all the accoutrements. Propane gas stove/oven, filtered water, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, spices, and a small mixer. A gourmet Chef’s dicing and slicing delight!

GUEST ROOMS
Collect your nighttime dreams in a queen-sized bed of slumber. High thread count sheets, plush comforter, and memory foam mattresses. Each nest accommodates two people comfortably. From your nest wake up to forest window view, with the main nest’s sliding glass door leading you outside to the full length deck. Each room includes an HD Roku TV, dressers, and private closet.

BATHROOM
Super roomy space for toweling off after a nice hot shower or soak in the full bathtub, your choice! In ceiling heater keeps you warm on those chilly days.

THE DECK
Overlooking the forest, this space is a great extension to the indoor space. Perfect for dining, BBQ grilling, reading, relaxing. Enjoy the caramel and vanilla scents wafting from the Jeffrey Pines.

Big Bear is more than a winter ski destination or a summer lake haven, the mountain is abundant with lake and forest trails perfect for walking, hiking, biking, horseback riding and off-roading! Neighborhood overview
Sugarloaf is quietly located, just one mile south of Big Bear City, nestled in the San Bernardino National Forest. The area was named after nearby and hike-able Sugarloaf Mountain, standing tall at 9,952’. Best of all, Sugarloaf is convenient to everything in Big Bear, an easy ten minute drive from picturesque Big Bear Lake, and less than eight miles from the ski lifts at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit! Sugarloaf features a community park, dog park, and easy access to the Maple Hill Trail Complex, 213 acres developed for hiking and cycling. This is the newest system of trails in all of Big Bear!
Getting around
Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of the Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, and Running Springs.
